Preparation – 1 ) Empty the packet in a bowl. Add 1 cup ( 250 ml ) of milk and mix well with a spatula/spoon to make a smooth paste. If required , you may add upto 1/4th cup ( 60 ml) milk 2) Cover the bowl with a cling film or a damp cloth . Set aside to ferment at room temperature (30 C) for 2 hours 3) After 2 hours, remove the cling film / damp cloth. Use the spatula/spoon to release the paste from sides of the bowl without mixing it.Transfer the paste to a small non stick loaf pan ( 23×11.7×5.5 cm) 4) In Oven : Place the pan by covering it with a dome shaped aluminium foil in a preheated oven at 210C for 30 minutes . Thereafter remove the foil and continue baking the bread for another 5-10 minutes at 180C OR In Cooker : Place the pan in pre- heated cooker for 20 minutes Scan QR Code for further instructions. 5) Remove from oven / cooker onto a wire rack to cool for 05 minutes. It is recommended to consume the bread fresh.
